1. Who we are

This website, growupcurious.com, is operated by Miloš Lupurović PR Računarsko programiranje Lupus Firmware Beška, Karađorđeva 14, 22324 Beška, Serbia ("we", "us"). By using the site or our materials, you agree to these terms. The site, our emails and our checkout are for adults.

2. Independent guides

Our guides are independent and work with UNO R3 starter kits (compatible with Arduino). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Arduino SA or any kit maker. Arduino is a trademark of Arduino SA; other product names are used only to describe compatibility. Kits are not included and are sold by third parties. Kits differ, so check that yours contains the parts listed for each guide.

3. Safety and supervision

Electronics projects use small parts and electrical components. Adults should supervise children at all times, keep small parts away from young children and pets, and follow the instructions in each guide. Use only the low-voltage USB power described in the guides: do not connect projects to mains electricity, and leave batteries, battery clips and power supply modules out unless a guide says otherwise. Unplug before changing wires. Stop and unplug if a part gets hot.

4. Educational content and accuracy

Our guides, emails and website content are for general education. We take care to test and check them, but kits, software and computers change, and our materials may contain errors or omissions. We provide them "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Your use of our materials

All content on this site and in our guides, including text, design, diagrams and illustrations (such as our mascot, Blinky), belongs to Miloš Lupurović PR Računarsko programiranje Lupus Firmware Beška and is protected by copyright. Free and paid guides are licensed for your own personal and family use, including printing pages for the children in your household. Please don't resell, redistribute, upload or republish them, or present them as your own. If you'd like to use our guides in a classroom, club, co-op or workshop, contact us about group terms.

6. Email

If you sign up, we will send you the resource you requested and occasional Grow Up Curious emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

7. Paid products

Our paid guides are sold through Polar Software, Inc., which acts as the merchant of record. When you buy a guide, Polar is the seller on your receipt and its buyer terms apply to the payment. Prices are shown at checkout, including any applicable sales tax or VAT. After payment you receive immediate access to the download. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, our website or materials, including damage to equipment or injury resulting from not following the safety notes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Links to other websites

Our content may link to other websites, such as software downloads. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
